Shipping Policy and Information


You can add product you want to purchase to the cart, then you will find the shipping cost of three shipping methods under the "Estimate Shipping Costs". The shipping cost varies with the country and weight of the products. 


Our shipping fees generally depend on the weight of product and the destination. ships 3-5  days to prepare every order. In your order, if items state "ship in 24 hours", we can ship it in one day . Due to COVID-19, shipping maybe delayed. Your patience is requested at this time.


Please be advised that stock level is changing frequently, some stuff may be out of stock after you make the payment. We will contact you about the stock status in 24hrs, please pay attention to your email you provide to us.

Return & Exchange Policy


When you purchase from, we want to make you completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can ask for an exchange. All sales are final due to COVID-19. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to submit ticket before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice.


If we send a wrong item to you or you received the damaged good, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.


When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If we discover nothing wrong with the items or they have been soiled, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.

We offers partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service.


Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. The product must not be opened for a partial or full refund. If the product packaging is opened we will not refund the product(s)


Partial Refunds 
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
